Or have the company hiring these drivers to pay them properly, then you do not have to tip.... I know North America is used to tip but many countries around the world do not. They just pay their employees an adequate salary.

For CO2 cradle/grave, it’s basically a wash if the BEV is powered by 100% coal, with BEV being a few percent better....in the worst case scenario.
This. The pro-nuke people tend to complain about regulations stopping nuclear in the US, but nuclear is really expensive everywhere. It’s expensive in Canada, expensive in Europe, and it’s even pricier to build new plants in China that it would be to install solar and wind plus storage.
That like is the CURRENT grid, which has coal and natural gas turbine.
Coal is already lost the LCOE war to solar/wind. Electric companies lose money by not replacing coal plants with solar/wind.
The same is about to happen to natural gas. They will only be useful for load leveling.
The future grid will be far better…
Jurassic Bark is the saddest thing I have ever seen.
The 6 cyclists’ attorneys have a good write-up about the accident and how they’re proceeding.
Sorry to be pedantic. Not accidents, crashes.
I once saw a rat gnawing on the carcass of a dead rat in a subway tunnel. Not sure why that memory is coming back to me at precisely this moment....
Melissa McCarthy definitely has an Adam Sandler thing happening with her career. She makes one amazing movie, which makes everyone wonder why she hasn’t won an Oscar yet... and then she stars in like 5 terrible comedies directed by her husband.
I feel like most of this commentary could be used to describe any Melissa McCarthy movie. Every McCarthy vehicle seems to follow the same formula - minimal direction, wooden characters, threadbare plot, just let Melissa McCarthy go wild. Even if you enjoyed her style of comedy, it’s beyond tired at this point.
The power bump (and fixing the torque dip) of the new gen seems like such a huge jump from the last car. Almost as much HP and more torque than an S2000 (and a ton of it much earlier on I’m sure, in addition to weighing the same) - and what is absolutely an excellent chassis too. I can’t imagine people are actually…
I went to a few PCA track days with my old BRZ at VIR, just a header + tune and a bit of suspension work and wheels + tires, the only thing I had to point by was a 991 Turbo S. Everything else on track had to point me by - Caymans, 911s, etc. The 86 chassis is a very capable car.
Instead of this, what I’d rather see is the elimination of the stupid CAFE footprint rule that results in lower standards for large vehicles and tougher standards for smaller vehicles.
Griddy delivered electricity at wholesale prices tied to market rates. It was the Texan government that set that rate at $9000 per MW-hr. ERCOT and the Texan government have fixed on their scapegoat.
And you friend, win all the stars.
Fortunately for freedom, all good Americans will refuse to take any money or participate in any programs proposed by that radical socialist Biden. Imagine... expanding food assistance to people just because they don’t have enough to eat! It’s madness!
The only thing that Hillary got wrong was the size of the basket.
This person is the perfect example of modern American conservatism. She’s a liar. Nothing she said is based in fact. Does she believe her own lies? Maybe. Maybe she is that delusional. It’s all still a lie. And this is where we are now. The right will say absolutely any bullshit to further their fascist worldview. All…
Can’t they pull themselves up by their bootstraps? Are they just lazy?
Nothing stopping these knobs from buying their own servers. They get the boot for being dicks and are now crying for attention.
