As a BRZ owner, I can assure you that you can jump ahead of anyone who isn’t actively trying to race you. Slow and low horsepower are all relative. With the short gearing and lightweight of the BRZ you can get a pretty respectable 60ft time (at the last prosolo I managed consistent 60' times of under 2.2s).

I’ve got an UEL, both cure the torque dip and there aren’t huge difference between any of the headers. I’ve got a JDL UEL catless and ceramic coated, the ACE headers make the most power and torque but are also the most expensive. We’re talking like 3hp, which is within dyno noise.

The 2017 refresh helped with the torque dip, but really you have to get a header and a tune to cure it (the car feels great afterwards, but I could not go back to a ‘13-16 without a header and tune).

I hope all those unionized robots are excited about their increased manufacturing loads. Automation is coming for the jobs, not immigrants or cheap foreign labor (cheap labor will delay but not deter automation).

Imagine how dangerous this test would have been if it had been graded on a curve.

$1,916,327 (8.9 percent) on tires.

The tape didn’t propose any political aim or agenda, so this isn’t yet terrorism. Now, if they find any political, racial, or religious motivation, then this would be terrorism.

As soon as we get the “in pursuit of political aims” part, then it is terrorism. As of now, we just have the violence and intimidation part. I totally agree that as soon as we get some “political aims” stuff, this guy should be called a terrorist.

I hesitate to label this as terrorism until we have an ideology or motive. The later, less target bombs threw off the original hate crime/terrorism vibe and until/unless we learn about an ideological impetus for the crimes the terrorism label is a bit of a stretch.

Yes, for over 50 years there has been an Outer Space Treaty but it only prohibits weapons of mass destruction, claiming territory in space, and conducting military exercises on the Moon and other celestial bodies.

Indiana was the dog’s name!

You’re right, but the supercharger won’t (shouldn’t) affect the rest of the warranty. My recommendation to most people is to get a 2015 if they want to put a supercharger on it (the kits aren’t really ready for the 17+, and there are still bugs being worked out). The older cars are cheaper to buy, the warranty is a

The hood is already aluminum, and the stock battery is small (about 35lbs). There aren’t many weight savings to be found up front after the battery, and many of the FI kits do shift the weight balance forward; however, a lightweight battery negates much of that (I’ve been using a 2lb Shorai motorcylce batter for a

I traded in a 2010 WRX for a 2014 BRZ in October of 2014, the BRZ handles so much better than a WRX that there isn’t a real comparison (the difference is bigger than the power difference). I had 4 friends all in 2011-2014 WRX’s (we autocrossed together) and after I got my BRZ they each bought their own after

Edelbrock makes a supercharger for the twins, and they’ll honor the manufacturer’s warranty as long as you have the unit installed by a professional and use the Edelbrock tune.

There was a refresh in 2017 and 2013 was the first year (deliveries didn’t really start in the USA until mid 2013, so 4 years for a refresh and the model is 5 years old which sounds pretty typical.

I’m doing my part, my last 3 cars have been new Subarus with manual transmissions (2 WRX’s and a BRZ).

Where I teach, when we have a lock down drill one of the things the administration does is go around and bang on or try to open doors. If the door opens you fail the drill.

The Senate first abdicated it’s responsibility to evaluate the nomination of the sitting President because they were in the other political party.

You are correct, I was wrong. I’ve thought for years that FDR actually put additional justices instead of just proposing to do so.
