I’m pretty sure that the Emperor is going to unleash a biological weapon on the Klingons that results in the need for the genetic changes that changes them into the TOS Klingons (probably have to incorporate human DNA or something similar to stop the spread).

All you’d have to do is park it for a day or two and look at it from time to time.

No stopping ability is an exaggeration, the first stopping event I’d be able to stop about as well as a pickup truck with a trailer towing my car or maybe a Uhaul box truck.

This is the type of case no one wants to bring to court, for a couple of big reasons:

I’ve got a set of Hawk DTC 70's and they do not work until they are up to temperature. Hell, there are huge disclaimers and warnings that they come with that warn you not to use them on the street for that reason. Admittedly, my light car doesn’t heat up the brakes too fast, especially with ducting and bigger

Real race pads don’t work on the street. A true track pad is dangerous until it is up to temperature (you’re not keeping them hot under street driving conditions).

The profit is all in the higher end stuff. If you sell something that’s cheaper, you have to sell more of them and there are only so many enthusiasts.

I liked when their only aircraft carrier caught itself on fire, it made me respect and fear the Russian Navy. It was so powerful and advanced that it was even able to destroy itself!

Like all statistics, it depends on how you look at it. I still like the quote and love George Carlin, but I wince whenever I say it because I know it is inaccurate.

That’s a George Carlin bit; however, it doesn’t match up with how statistics and averages work (about 2/3rds of a sample will be within one standard deviation of the mean). So really, about 80% of everyone is either worse or not noticeably better than average.

You wouldn’t think so, but teenagers are eating detergent packets “for the lolz” so at this point everything is fair game.

Is it because both have spokesmen who’ve committed sexual assault and rape?

Asphyxia is what kills you in space, basically you blackout after 20-30s and then die about a minute later due to the lack of oxygen as your blood boils out of your body (due to the pressure in space being zero).

Hopefully someone shouted, “Hay, watch out!” before the collision.

4th Gear: This worries me. In the past, SUV sales were great for enthusiasts when they subsidized the lower volume and profit enthusiast cars (Cayenne saving Porsche, etc). However, if the special teams and unique performance parts resources are diverted into “sport” SUV’s and dynamically inferior products, we

The land of corn is full of ethanol though, which does wonders in a turbo engine.

I earned money by selling my blood (well, the plasma part of it), by graduation (in 2008) I was making $80 per week. I also saved money by not being allowed to drink alcohol from Sunday afternoon until Thursday afternoon (so I could still sell my blood).

The buses are usually run by the city, they have electricians. Any vehicle requires specialized skills to maintain and repair, getting new certifications might be inconvenient to individuals but that shouldn’t be a major hurdle to adopting a more cost effective and environmental bus fleet.

Electric vehicles should have fewer maintenance requirements since they have fewer parts and components. Electric motors are much simpler than diesel engines, and as a bonus, if your electric motor stops working you can swap out the drive unit easily and just send the broken one off to be refurbished.

The top line is the earnings without inflation (the numbers are inflation adjust to 2014 dollars), and the bottom line is the actual dollar earnings without adjusting for inflation.
