What a great story. She certainly has determination. I applaud her for all her efforts. She will truly have something she will be proud to drive. Her confidence is growing daily as are her abilities. I remember being in a similar position many years ago. We should all make extra effort to encourage people like her to

Oh yeah, that's so horrible. Sports cars with gobs of horsepower should be avoided. Instead, hang out with a bunch of 4-door, 4 cylinder, FWD cars. Yeah, brilliant.

    Har har.

I get me one of these little numbers. Or a supercharger for one of my current cars.

I missed the step you were making. I wasn't trying to be a snippy. Most tool steel doesn't have any nickel in it and most are rust prone. So yes, they are quite rusty at the bottom of the deep blue.

I was running at a go kart track in San Diego when Travis showed up to have a little fun. He was faster than me...by about 1 sec a lap. It was a new track for me but it probably was for him too. Oh well. It's cool to have his name on the time sheet with mine.

Well said only stainless steel doesn't rust. That's why it's called stainless...

Tell her that my family fit just fine in a GTO. That's me, my wife and three kids. Even two week road trips weren't a problem. The G8 is huge compared to the GTO. Especially the trunk.

    Letting the days go by...

What a bloated, overweight press release. They could have just said "nuh uuh"

We were going to name or last child (if it was a girl) Elise.

Done! I know how to properly use a Corvette.

Maintenance is REQUIRED. Don't just drive the thing and never repair it. Service it when it is called for and when it breaks. There is even a little book that tells you what you should do. It's called the owner's manual...READ IT!

I like Ace and Tucker. The suggestion of Muira is great as well.

Cool car but crack pipe on the price. $5 or 6K is more like it with that kind of mileage. It's needs to be lowered 1/2" or so. I like the color, too.

    Awesome.

How about Stutz, Delorean (or Del), Duesenberg (or Deuce)? I like the suggestion of Hudson. For a girl it could be Ghi (for Lamborghini) or Mercedes (it was a name before it was a car company).

That's just fantastic. These guys win the internet for the day.

I'd say not bad. Just remove the dorky fender flares and lower it. Then you've got a proper station wagon. Now it needs a real engine. Is it a turbo diesel? If so then maybe you can crank the boost for some reasonable performance.

I like the greenhouse, back end and the color. Overall the profile is awful (following the trend for all cars these days). The blocky front end and the silly rear 'fenders' are unattractive. Do they have to make everything look like a crossover? When does everything become a crossover and they stop building normal
