That’s not how that works. All of Microsoft’s first-party games are on X1 and Windows 10, but Windows 10 isn’t natively compatible with X1 games. They’re just making PC versions to go alongside the console release. It’s still up to Rockstar to produce a PC version of RDR2.

Only ‘Xbox Play Anywhere’ are also on PC, for example all first Party Xbox games like Gears of War 4 are on the PC and Xbox One. ‘Xbox Play Anywhere’ allows buyers to buy 1 digital copy of the game and play on both platforms.

No, only 1st party microsoft games come to PC as well, not 3rd party.

Some of those cabinets could be found in Japanese arcades as well. They're also old cabinets from a past era. American arcades don't have that much variety now. In fact, some of the cabinets you've chosen are basically the same cabinet with a different sticker on the side. That's why I say American arcade games…
