I have a friend who had the same feelings as you. I don’t think the game wants to obviously signpost everything. I think the second half tries to promote exploration, to see how everything changed. You don’t have to have the whole party, and it’ll require you to explore the entire world again to recruit…

Completely understandable. I always felt the first half was fairly generic. So it might be hard to be motivated to finish it. It wasn’t until the mid-way point where I felt the game elevates itself.

I’m curious to hear your verdict after you finish the game. I feel like a lot of the praise for the game really comes from the second half of the game. The first half was good, but it’s the second half that really elevates this game into some mythical legendary status.
