mostly superficial damage except a cracked valve cover which had to be replaced. Bought a new one, borrowed a friends bike and missioned it to Munich and back to collect it, fitted it then did another 600 or so miles to complete the tour!
Looks like you absolutely had a better time than I did :P
Pretty sure the yearly road tax on that is worth more than my entire car
That’s essentially what London did, the entire congestion charging area here is ringfenced with number plate reading cameras on every access road linked to a database that checks if you’ve paid or not and automatically dispenses fines if you don’t pay within a certain period.
shame there isn’t a charging mat that can use hidden magnets or something to drag your iphone into the correct position for charging, so you could place it on the mat and have it align itself correctly.
I love this car and I absolutely love what’s been done to it, the swap looks clean and tasteful to boot.... but it’s not $35k worth of car. Reluctant CP, I’m afraid.
Furries, get to work please.
People against universal health care often talk about how it will bring about ‘death panels’ of bureaucrats deciding who is worthy of health treatment and who is a lost cause.
Incidentally this is more ot less the same technique motorcyclists use to wheelie.
This is good info! TO EBAY I GO!
I just noticed, the AMC Ambassdor he briefly goes over had the steering wheel on the right, the only one in the group with it on the correct side for UK driving... Does that mean the Ambassador was officially sold here in the UK then?
I’d substitute the E21 for the 2002, it’s the first true 3 series BMW and spawned a legendary nameplate.
I’ll ask $kaykog
Funny thing is, if someone with a Model X hooked up to one of those bro trucks there’s a fairly good chance they could drag it out the way. I’d love to see this happen.
How long will it be before federally required front cameras are needed as well as a backup camera just to see over the colosal hood of these new trucks?
