Camisa put his money where his mouth is on this one - the reason he’s giving it such a caning on the mountain roads at the end is because he purchased that 850CSi before filming the video.

How did the 25 year law not make this list?
As a resident of the UK i’m feeling optimistic on my chances on this one
I’ve seen a Fiat 500 go deeper.
Surprised Megas XLR didn’t get a mention here, then I realised Kinja ate my comment so it never showed on the original thread :c
Imagine this with an LS swap though good grief
I.... don’t think that’s the fluid! F800GS models come with a sponge that’s supposed to prevent the brake fluid aerating from vibration while cruising at highway speeds, it looks like that sponge has deteriorated into the goop in the photo?
maybe he’s building an onion
I put a -2 rear sprocket on and a +1 front sprocket and it really helped with motorway cruising vibrations, at the expense of rapid low speed acceleration and some off-road chops. Well worth it imho.
Former owner of an F800GS here, the first chance you get, take the rear wheel off and coat the bolts that adjust the drive chain tension in copper ease. Wind the bolts all the way out the frame when you do this. They’re mild steel bolts in an aluminium swingarm and really susceptible to galvanic corrosion, and the…
What i want to know is, if the system misreads a breath sample and allows someone to drive drunk, and that driver then crashes, who is responsible? The car manufacturer, for leading the driver to believe they were sober to drive, or the driver themselves for trusting the car?
Thanks, now the shake hands with danger PSA song is stuck in my head again!
M139 (2003-2008) Maserati Quattroporte with the Duoselect automatic. A terrible transmission that shifted badly, broke often and hampered an otherwise lovely to drive car. I’ve always thought a Getrag 6 speed manual transmission would have been a significant upgrade, especially since the Coupe already came with that…
Proud to say i’ve been repping the Kizashi in my Kinja icon since back when commentors had stars.
My extremely hot take: Imagine this with an OM606 inline six diesel engine. Sidesteps the canbus issues and retains Mercedes pedigree, not to mention Mercedes longstanding history with diesel car sales in America.
Yeah it looks like the specs listed are for the previous gen, the LC versions swapped the single plate clutch for a wet multiplate and the forks were made conventional.
AYYY! Glad to see it’s getting a refresh, I have the previous gen oil cooled r1200r and it’s been going strong for over a decade and 102,000 hard miles, so much so that it’s actually pretty difficult to justify replacing it! They’re great bikes sadly often overlooked in favour of the GS.
Nice price for someone with welding/fab skills looking for a project, no dice otherwise.
Bold move touting the hoffmeister kink after removing it from some of their cars.
Looking at the side profile, this thing is 2-3 inches of rear overhang away from basiclly looking like a station wagon.
