Valve doesnt want to make one for the same reason they dont let hollywood do it. A fan made one would be so much better than anything else a 3rd party could do.

You know, I agree with certain points he makes, but not overall. I would argue that games are maturing, that they are changing the general vignette that is going around the world [like with Portal 2 and the such]. Games do need to mature and adapt with the changing times, and overall, the industry cant expect to play…
well, here's me on launch day
I would argue its good but in a different viewpoint. Kinda like classical music and rock. Both are good but different in many ways, you know?
we're back
I'd still enjoy it.
this made my day
I just heard the word 'breasts'.
true, it would make most logical sense, BUT this is Microsoft we are talking about. Since when has logic affected any business decision? Regardless, heres to fingers crossed they actually do something right for once
the only danger is creating a world that is so big there is nothing to fill it up with. Skyrim got that aspect right at least. There was a world to explore and the size didnt mean there was less to see but even more.

you're using logic in response to a stupid statement. On the internets, this wont work sadly.
auf wiedersehen adieu!
EA and Micro share the same bed though and thats the issue I have. Bungie specifically bought out their agreement with Microsoft so they could make other games [hence Destiny or whatever the hell it is] and the selling point. I do want to apoligize, my line of reasoning was really brief and confusing, but the long and…
look at the releases compared to orgin. Orgin is holding more exclusives
EA owns the rights to halo thats the problem. Well microsoft be specific. Same bed, different partner. 343i is the response to bungie buying out their contract in '08
EA owns the rights though. Thats why Bungie bought out their contract in '08, they didnt want to be forced to do Halo games
true, that does have a higher probability. My only thing that does make me question that though, is the deals they have done in the past with Steam VS Exclusives on Orgin. I mean, Crysis 2 is either on or off of Steam, ME3 is soley on Orgin, and Microsoft knows that by simply releasing halo 3 on any online distributor…
if anything ever happens, it'll go to Orgin before Steam :(
it was super-aids in case you were wondering
