“according to police reports he failed to control his speed”
“according to police reports he failed to control his speed”
Haha. This is Texas: cyclists are always presumed to be in the wrong because they should have been in a truck with firearms, like all normal people.
“Of course, we all know that keeping the streets nice and serene likely isn’t the real intent of the bill. Traffic stops are often more about revenue than safety, and increasing fines from three digits to four ought to net the state some nice cash flow. With these stops disproportionately affecting low-income drivers,…
It’s pretty bizarre how we have driver’s licenses and crash standards, but we have no regulations on “self-driving”.
Sadly this satire is too close to what the worshippers really say.
None of those things happened dumbass
Can you imagine paying 10 thousand dollars for this crap? I'd be demanding my money back.
It’s obvious that the actual issue here is that the person who made the video is either a Tesla short or they work for Big Auto/Big Oil. We all know that Teslas are the best cars on the road and Elon has done nothing wrong. He’s sending humanity to Mars. What has Aikido Toyoda, Henry Ford, or General Motors (If…
The worst part of the Tesla going the wrong way was that the Tesla actually broke it’s own navigation line to go down that particular side of the road.
That’s so weird, it’s almost as if having actual sensors or *gasp* lidar are necessary. But there’s no way that’s the case, because Lord Elon says 100% camera vision is cheaper - I mean - better.
FSD: foolishly self-deluded?
“I want to be a crash test dummy for beta software”, Tesla owners.
I’m in software development. I can’t tell you how many time I’ve seen ticket responses from developers and from myself that look like this:
a welder is just a metal hot glue gun, how hard can it be? I learned that shit in 3rd grade. /s
“So, yeah, Level 2 system driver inattention is not just a Tesla problem!”
It really depends on the speed bump. My dad worked in a place that put in speed bumps throughout the complex, and found that his completely stock midsize sedan could not cross them at any speed without bottoming out. After several weeks of being ignored by the department responsible for the speed bumps, he got them…
“I had already told him that if he had a problem with the bump right outside his garage, we could look for menu money to see if we have the funds to remove it.”
Exploders front fascia are made from paper mache. If you look there are no pavement marks, so it appears the Exploder was backed up post crash.
Yeppers. Sure looks like unintended acceleration to me. Also sometimes called, User Error.
It’s both impressive and scary at how hard it hit and how little damage was done to it.
