Repeatedly found myself pushing snow with the grille and hood of my Honda Civic fitted with cheap Winterforce tires whilst dodging SUVs and pickup trucks stuck in suburban streets after a particularly fierce snow storm.

“Even if you have all wheel drive”
1. I don’t believe you.
Wait. So you NEVER watch any video of any kind “on the internet”?
How is that even possible? Like you’ve never googled “how do I...” and found a youtube video and watched someone explain?
Never watched a band perform? A clip from a favorite show?
This ranks up there as one of the strangest things I’ve ever heard right…
Well part of the reason is that those aren’t full blown Nordic winter tyres, but for continental European weather where big emphasis is also for the dry and wet performance. So they are just one step from the all seasons vs the full bonanza Nordic tyres like Nokian Hakkapeliitta with or without studs.
Well, yeah. Tesla Fanbois seem to think that electricity comes from the air or something. Elon’s got them convinced that there is no impact from their EVs.
Honestly, when I came out, I didn’t even know “cisgender” was a term. If the medical/mental health communities suddenly decided that it wasn’t a necessary term, I wouldn’t lose any sleep.
I don’t like the word cis, because why is it needed? I don’t like new gender pronouns. He and she and Mr., Mrs. and Ms. were just fine. I don’t like to see the phrase robot-f’er. I have no problem with the so-called hateful documentary that Twitter published. It was a bit boring, but supports a discussion of some very …
“Yeah, no shit.”
Wouldn’t it be more accurate if the title of the article was “Bay Area Criminals Assaulting Cyclists with Car Doors”
Looks like cyclists kicked off one door mirror too many.
You’re so predictable, fanboy.
The reason Tesla is not Level 3 is that they require the driver to constantly supervise the features. I know Musk says it will drive itself, that you can sleep or whatever, and their FSD (capable) marketing is misleading... but they put in their manual and legal disclaimers that drivers are required to supervise and…
OK, *now* this matters. Some article in some fishwrapper like the Sun, I couldn’t care less about. But there bettah be more Grand Tours.
Well shit, I mean what he wrote was messed up but I want MORE The Grand Tour dammit.
No, no they are not tough, they are literally a tin can filled with rust here in Michigan. And as someone who was right behind this accident as it happened what the article doesn’t tell you is that the speeds traffic was traveling both directions were less than 40mph closer to 30mph due to white out conditions.
First off, uh holy shit. Secondly, I bet it was because the postal truck is rhd
Yep. Never stop on train tracks.
As a guess, it’s because of downsizing. This transmission isn’t much bigger than a 4 speed AT from 20-30 years ago, but now has 9 speeds. This means you have more than twice as much crap to put in the same spot. To make room, the parking pawl was likely made smaller and less robust and thus not as strong.
