“200 hp is plenty in this car" said no one ever (Who has driven one and doesn’t suffer from massive choice-supportive bias.)
Until your root word gets compromised and they have your passwords for everything!
This is probably the most short sighted comment I've read in a long time....
Nah, it wasn’t the speed that got him.
It was the placement of the tree and the subsequent deceleration.
Did anyone else notice that the right side exhaust tip appears to be rotated clockwise a little bit, and therefore out of alignment?
I think part of the problem is that a conventional combustion engine is happy to run all day with the coolant temperature at 90 deg C or 150-180 deg F (or whatever your car runs at). And the difference in temperature between the coolant in the radiator and the outside air is significant enough to be able to shed heat…
Where did you go? The UK still has an imperial f@*&ton of them on the roads.
Having helped a friend shop for a compact car recently, I bumped into this over and over and over. Some car companies list the infotainment system screen size as one of the first specs of the car, almost as if you're buying a tablet that has a car attached to it, rather than the other way around....
My brother-in-law was given a Focus ST Line wagon as a rental when we were in England a few months back.
We will know August 25th (when F1 qualifying occurs at Spa)
3.8L engine = 1.9 L of air moved through the engine per revolution @ 6,000 rpm = 11,400 L / min or 190 L / s of air flow. (This is disregarding turbocharging - that will actually add more air to the equation).
So I wouldn’t say it’s “so little air that it can’t really make a difference”.
C Class wagon is available in Canada.
Had one as a rental a few days. Can confirm that the two knobs are far too easy to confuse.....
Oink oink. Bye!! Oink oink!
I’m sure his bosses are screaming at the TV - “WHY DID YOU TURN THE TRACTION CONTROL OFF?!??!??”
Must be some damn good whiskey to be able to design an etire car / engine in CAD in 2 days time....
I can kind of understand where the author is coming from, but ultimately, airports are far too busy/noisy for me to find much relaxation there. It’s more just limbo til I get home.
8 days ain’t bad to get a fix....
But if they can push out over-the-air updates, you don’t need to go to the dealer now, do you?
