On Teen Mom 3 there were two sisters who got pregnant at the same time. One had an abortion and one had the baby. The one who had an abortion helped her sister out a lot, but it still highlighted how the sister who had an abortion could go on trips with her friends and be in school, etc. It was pretty interesting.
