Oh, and 'not guilty' doesn't mean innocent either. OJ was 'not guilty'. It just means not enough evidence to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. Maybe the lack of evidence to prove guilt is due to the fact that the person's innocent, or maybe they were just lucky or good at covering their tracks.

This is factually inaccurate. She was acquitted on a second trial - it wasn't thrown out as a mistrial. They're currently attempting to re-try the case (though the US won't extradite her, and thank God). But she WAS acquitted.

The guy who killed Kercher, Rudy Guede, has been convicted. He's in jail. His DNA was found all over the apartment and inside the poor woman's body.

If I were wrongly imprisioned for 4 years I'd write a book about it. When something bad happens to you you're allowed to 'profit' from it, even if it relates to something worse that happened to someone else.
