I agree with this for two reasons:
1) packing in bubble wrap can, in the case of some items, be superior to wrapping in clothes

While it takes more than 5 minutes you can always use the method that is preferred at my workplace. We just sit at our desks all day and get fat. Those baggy shirts eventually start to fit!
