IIRC, GM’s SuperCruise is a subscription service, and the subs pay for the almost constant scanning and updating they’re doing.

I’d be willing to pay a small subscription for something like the OEM nav getting regular updates, so that I don’t have to use carplay which doesn’t work with the gauge cluster displays etc.

Every time I have contacted a dealership about a manufacturer offer they either “can’t find it” or “don’t have any of that particular model in stock.” It’s a waste of my time.
