I like Viggens, but to consider spending this money, it’d need to be stock and not have spent its life in the northeast. I don’t want your stage 4 tune, and the wheels look too big for it.

How many decades has there been DWI education and outreach? People have been talking about the dangers of distracted driving due to cell phones for probably 20 years now.
It lets me do it. I did run into that previously with the RAV4 Prime though. What a weird thing to do. Warn me that there are none to buy - fine, but why not let me build one anyway?
And yet many lots are still empty except a handful of used cars.
I’m guessing they’ll be about as obtainable for a decent price as the RAV4 Prime, so good luck.
After gas prices spiked, they’ve been pretty scarce, at least in my area. Especially plug-ins.
Part of the allure of the R129 for me is it just looks classy. The “art” here kind of kills that.
I’d be curious to see what the transaction prices are for these. Is it mostly white work trucks with vinyl seats, or $70k loaded models for “hauling” a bag of planting soil back from Home Depot.
Well this author also talks about a scenario where your fan blades are somehow flying off, and the motor falls from the ceiling. So I guess some people have different fans than I do.
I can’t imagine a cleaning task much easier than cleaning a ceiling fan blade. Wipe it off. Ta-da!. These “blade-less” models are still going to collect grime.
Is there a glut of inventory sitting around somewhere that didn’t sell? Once they announced the discount last month, I looked out of curiosity to see if there was even anything to buy. There was 1 Model 3 within 200 miles of me. Zero Model Ys. I live in a major metro area on the east coast.
Was going to make a Sammy Johns reference, but then that interior is not ripe for getting “love” in your Chevy van.
I see this on about the same level as a Fiero trying to be a Ferrari. Why bother?
I’ve noticed advertising ramping up again talking of deals on cars. While I’m sure dealers will tell you there is “always” a great deal available, it seemed like their advertising pretty much slowed to a crawl over the last year.
Minnesota tags in Los Angeles, a poorly applied wrap that you have to assume is hiding some awful paint/body work/straight up rust underneath, especially since it is already missing trim.
I guess if you *have* to have what to this offers - a relatively fast station wagon with a manual transmission, then you have very limited options. While it has 3 owners, which isn’t preferable, it doesn’t seem like it ever fell into the hands of a 22 year old who spent every cent he had on a turbo BMW and is now…
Right. The value here is that you don’t need to rely on spotty charging infrastructure on extended travel, but can enjoy not using gas for local travel.
Yeah, I generally like it (although those door handles are...strange) but the math needs to work for a PHEV and it isn’t working here.
Aren’t you approaching Land Cruiser pricing here with the age + mileage? It isn’t like this old V6 is fuel efficient. Might as well just get the LC.
If someone could negotiate a MSRP or less deal for a new car, with an inflated trade in or sale of their current car, they could actually come out pretty well overall.
