The only Merkur I want is a razor.  Never saw what was cool about these, other than the fact they were odd looking.

Even if it doesn’t run, if there is one car you can push around with human power, it is this one.  Get a couple decent sized guys, you can probably carry it out of the garage.

Just jogged my memory of the time I called a Honda service department and they asked if my Civic had the V-6.

Reminds me of two shops that told me I needed a new catalytic converter when I told them about a rattling coming from the exhaust.  Found a guy who identified the bad gasket between the cat and the exhaust pipe.  No more noise.

I just looked at it. Looks like it relies on dealers to participate. The Toyota dealership 5 minutes from me isn’t present here when I search inventory.

I don’t know. A Bentley SUV is $200-250k right? That isn’t more prestigious than the G-Wagen? And I mean if you can afford $300k, you can probably afford $400k, and then you are in a Rolls.

A lottery run by car dealers...so the sketchiest lottery imaginable.

Car sales love to appeal to the irrational side. Shiny new car, new car smell...you need it, you want it today. Oh yea, only $500 a month? I can afford that, lets do it. I know my used car is worth more than that, but who cares, I want the new one.

I needed an annual NY State inspection on my car when I was in college. Brought it to a shop who failed it saying I was missing a flap in the fill tube for the gas tank. Wanted some ridiculous amount of money to replace parts.

Whenever I see a LC for sale, it is more than I think it should be, so this is probably fine. No rust at least.

Wineries also cater to those who are wealthier than most and more likely to drive an expensive EV. I could see a high end B&B in the middle of nowhere having chargers, as their customers will demand it.

It might help if you could actually make it easier to get a new Toyota.

If I saw a dealer who advertised every car over MSRP, they’d never get the chance to tell me the markups are “for show”.

I cannot imagine having $300k to blow on a vehicle and choosing a G63.

It could be a worse car in every way, but it is still a “Lambo” and not an Audi.

Growing up, my Dad parked outside in the summer because we kids had our bikes and other crap in the garage and used it everyday. Winter in a snowy area though, when he went to work at 6AM, the crap got stored away and he parked in the garage.

Looks like they are the cheapest way to say you drive a Lamborghini.  Can get one for around what he wants for this R8 or a bit more.

I’d say this is a guy who can barely afford this car, and now he wants to get someone to pay top dollar so he can barely afford a Lamborghini.

Just taking a quick look around, seems expensive for the age and mileage.  Yes, there are less manual cars out there, but there are still a number of them.

Saw that and thought the the same thing.  I can’t think of a car with a simpler interior than the Model 3.
