Get a Prius. Extra room with the hatchback and it doesn’t get much more fuel efficient or reliable. Only downside is I am guessing the demand for a Prius suddenly has gone up with gas prices.
Agree. I was on a road trip a couple months ago spanning a good chunk of I-95. I actually saw Superchargers along the way when I stopped for gas or food. Can’t say I saw any other chargers.
Their “cheapest” model is like $50k. Up to $140k for a Model X Plaid. They are certainly more like Porsche than Honda.
I took a bus for a commute for a while, I could save money since my employer will subsidize it, and thought it’d be nice to not deal with traffic. The bus lot is right near my house. I could realistically ride a bike there in nice weather.

What exactly was restored 5 years ago? It has no top, missing paint, dull chrome, a dirty engine bay, and an interior that looks like it has been sitting in a barn for 20 years.
