Yeah the only thing I didn’t like about the Element is it got garbage gas mileage. 

Unfortunately instead of uniting around this message, which is correct, there are plenty of politicians and media outlets who will spin this as a domestic policy failure and fan the flames of the angry people who want cheap gas.

Seeing a F-150 Limited can be had for $80k+, it would seem Ford already knew where the truck market was headed. I just think the Lincoln badge has next to zero value to a truck buyer, they’d rather have a super loaded F-150. And the trunk was a bad idea.

What the hell is this awful “Find a Car” section they just added?  I clicked on a couple things to find the “specs” for a Porsche Taycan and most of them were “N/A”.  Good work team.  No reviews, no content other than incomplete specs and stock photos. 

Why is The Drive’s comment section so toxic? It is worse in the War Zone, but it spills over into the car articles too.

I know these are probably reasonably fun in a straight line, but $17k for a Trailblazer is just a lot.

Mercedes seems to have 20 cars stashed in different locations, including (if I recall correctly) a couple with “unknown” status. What does she do though? Adds (another) diesel wagon to the mix.

I’m with you. As much as I love this car for what you said, my brain isn’t wired to fork over $30k so I can roll the dice that it doesn’t need a new motor in 2 years. Never mind the small stuff that will add up.

I like these, but if I am spending $30k on a 15 year old German sports car, I might take my chances with a M3 over an Audi that has already ate one motor.

I saw something saying they had ~$300k in donations, so we could theorize that they will be compensated for the down time. 

If I’m overspending on a used WRX it better not have a trunk. ND for that alone.

It is wild that a ~$60k (all of them I see are priced $55k-$65k) Wrangler with 20 miles of electric range is the best selling PHEV.

I decided to see how greedy Honda dealers are being with the new Civic. Found one with $10k markup on it. Civic Touring hatch.  $40k for a Civic.

Unfortunately everything in media seems to have devolved into “hot takes” that are unhinged from reality. I mean it looks like it is great shape. The fact it has a fire extinguisher installed makes me think it is owned by Hank Hill. But still, $30k for a 200k+ mile, 20 year old truck is nuts.  Even worse when you consider the motor isn’t exactly known as bulletproof.

So almost $2k in fees even if you don’t want the TruCoat and the $200 air.  Wow.  They should throw in an “electricity charge” to keep the lights on in the place while they are at it.
