Borderlands has been in my top favorite franchises since BL2, and I’ve spent a couple thousand hours on it, TPS, and BL3. I gotta say though, the routine of having to farm gear every time there’s new level cap increase every game is tiresome. I seriously just recently caught up to the previous cap of 65, farmed like

I’m a guy who cherishes his singleplayer experiences and hates when it feels like multiplayer is tacked on (Batman: Arkham Origins, Bioshock 2, etc.), but even I was a little surprised at this. GotG seems like the perfect canvas to go for a co-op thing, but at the same time, I’m ok with it, and I understand their

So they didn’t anticipate needing to do DLC and kind of wasted people’s time with a “check back later” thing. Not ideal. That said, I feel like most people would prefer DLC clearly planned after the fact, as opposed to AAA titles that hit you up front with a season pass and “pre order now for two extra maps!” kinda

Oh no, he’s gone full George Lucas (prequel era), hasn’t he?

I’m curious what Square’s market research is like, and where they’re getting this idea that FF fans want protagonists that are so... bland. That was a bit tough to watch for everything but the gameplay (which in itself, looked... “ok/decent” at best). Character faces, dialogue, and everything else was bland and cringe.

I recall it being basically Pocahontas but with blue aliens

So I think this is a case where Sony should’ve probably kept their lips sealed instead of claiming the game would release in 2021. I was kinda skeptical about it from the getgo, and it’s certainly something that can put unfair pressure on the devs and create unfair expectations within certain fans.

I think they can

Not surprising. Compared to Horizon: Forbidden West which gave us at least a CG trailer at the PS5 showcase, God of War 2 only had a title screen. Seemed clear that one was much farther in development than the other.

Again, just to be clear I am not demanding a release date, merely remarking that it might be considered “odd” to some people to not have—forget a date, just a very vague idea. I am not conflating that necessarily with general impatience, though I can see it could easily be interpreted as such. Realistically, I feel

You’re saying that as if I represent some cadre of impatient gamers. It was an objective thought, nothing more, my friend. You’re preaching to the choir. I’ll wait for this game into 2024 if I have to.

“I don’t think you made the point you just made” sounds like a funny oxymoron. Your description of a vague situation again is ignoring logic and objective facts here. If you are some tightly wound, fly-off-the-handle jerkwad about entitled gamers vs the documented evils of game development and “crunch”, be my guest.

Ok, I’m getting confused by the terminology here. Is this referring to PS4 and PS5 people being able to play with each other? Or PS4/PS5 being able to play together with Xbox/PC? I assumed the latter, but some people are claiming it means PS4 and PS5 can’t play with each other.

Your question feels odd, and comes off as a bit confrontational. I’m saying this based on several factors. First and most importantly, the game was originally stated by Sony last year to be a “2021" release. Whether they were speaking out of turn or not remains to be seen. Second, the game is supposed to be a PS4 and

Might have been the best underwater video game hair I’ve ever seen. Looked pretty darn amazing overall. Ashly Burch is still great also.

But yeah, to not even get a release window, i.e. “Fall 2021" or something might be a tad concerning to some. Not sure, but either way, I’m excited.

I think I’ve only heard his Sonic once. He will still always be Ezio Auditore and Chris Redfield first, to me.

Rivet’s voice was immediately recognizable as voice acting vet Jennifer Hale, doing her Emma Emmerich MGS2 voice no less. Been a while since I had heard her in anything, so that’s pretty cool.

Not necessarily. Depends on the age of the students. In many cases, a lot of students, particularly those of a younger age are not willing to “resist” the only authority figure in the room. At the same time, it’s not that hard for a bad teacher to lose the room, particularly if the students are high school age at

Furthermore, players will no longer suffer penalties to XP gains while in the Mako

So I started the original Nier years ago... like 2012 or something, never finished it. I very recently fired it up again, started over and am about to finish my first NG run.

I have a feeling the wallet feature has been disabled for a while. I’m in the US and could not add funds for a PS3 dlc the other day, it just wouldn’t let me no matter which way I tried. Ultimately I had to do it on the website.
