The new JL will have a power soft-top, the Wrangler is definitely a convertible.

So did a few other Jeep trucks, none of which are currently “available” in the US market.
Why do I have to squint my eyes to see that a soft top is clearly a convertible?
They don’t even have leaf springs on their 3/4 ton pickups, what makes you think they would put that under a Jeep? Also, why would you want leaf springs? I get that they’re simple, but they ride like garbage both on and off the trail.
The Tacoma, Colorado/Canyon, and even Frontier will compete with this.
Haha... I mean, does a Dodge Dakota really count as “available”? Aren’t there like 20 left and only two for sale?
I’m still waiting on a new Ramcharger.
It’ll be eight-speed auto I’m sure... still kinda want one.
The Dodge Dakota hasn’t been sold for over 5 years now, and the newest convertible is over 20. When someone says “available” it’s usually understood to mean “available for purchase new at a dealership”.
Thats not what this truck is for.
Hey I’ll take mine to Lowe’s too! And Hyvee. Maybe Bed Bath and Beyond if there is enough time.
They probably run a 4-link and coils like the Ram pickups. Same company, might as well re-use existing designs where possible.
I think they’re careful on having David report on actual FCA news as he used to work there. I believe they’ve said as much before.
But your Land Cruiser is still a foot longer than the Unlimited overall.
These things are going to sell like crazy. They’re gonna look soooo gooood in the Target parking lot.
Unfortunately due to our current political climate the Ranchero Scrambler has been cancelled.
Looks like a 4-link and coils based on the frame picture.
They can have special editions of the Scrambler as tributes to regions around America. Denver Scrambler, South West Scrambler, Three Cheese Scrambler (for Wisconsin)...
Serious question, since Jeep is the gem, and the rest are mostly worthless, why not juts buy it all, but negotiate the price down low enough so you can simply throw out the garbage?
