i know what you're saying, but the risk is there, much more than it was 10 years ago. the media(s) may wildly exaggerate but those are some wild incidents that just don't happen in the US (at least, not as often or as severe).

some of those white bastards don't even have the roof lights, making it hard to recognize it as a CHP until it's too late. whenever i see someone pulled over by one of those i think 'that could'a been me.'
