I owned a C3 Corvette that shortly after buying it people would tell me that i had no tailights on when driving at night. I would pull over, open the door and get out, and my lights were just fine. They appeared to be working fine.

2 GM development vehicles? what’s the other one, besides the Vette?
$60k??
even as early as those leaked images of that weird pickup truck-looking test mule, this time felt different and seemed like it would actually happen.
What about adding soft strips of yellow/black fabric (or rubber?) to hang down from the crash bar, to really drive the visual point home that this bridge is lower? seems like a cost-effective option...
I think it’s really noble of Porsche to honor Toyota by designing a long-wheelbase MR-2 as their halo car.
I remember that one. That gas station at the end of the runway has long since been turned into a decorative empty lot. Probably for the best...
...how about a hot hatchFRONT?
Ah cool, it looked like a warm silver/gray in the other pic which seemed unusual to me. But looks good in this light, too! (nice wheels, too)
Nice 😎👍 I will always pine for an IS-F (and was just thinking about them. Again.)
In this fertile car show laden land we call SoCal, I find it a little bit hard to justify paying to attend a car show. I get it - it’s a niche show, but there are SO MANY shows that we locals get spoiled. There are literally car shows every day around here (just check out the SoCal Car Culture website if you don’t…
“Hi, we’re a Lexus dealer from across town and we noticed on the inventory list that you have a LFA there. We’d like to trade you for it. How many Prius’ would you like for it?”
Many reasons why I like these cars. But my favorite (and dorkiest) is the fascia’s resemblance to Max Rockatansky’s V8 Interceptor:
Yeah, I know - I sometimes see CHP on the prowl on city streets. Though, on the fwys I only see CHP on patrol. That, and dorks in fake cop cars that like to make people think they are cops.
not really a state thing? City streets like these are maintained, operated, and patrolled by cities themselves (City of Los Angeles, in this case). Caltrans is responsible for the state highway system (fwys and state routes, etc). So thank the City of L.A (and most likely the local neighborhood council) for this.
It was a customer’s car, huh? Hmm... I wonder if he/she was present and watching the filming when the crash occurred?
no!!!! he ran over the paper towel / windshield wiper tub first!!
:,(
but... but... who cares, the A310 looks rad!
i liked the sequel to the original: the Alpine A310. that is all.
