Definitely better in practice than demo (seriously, the demo is actually a pretty poor representation). The "grind" terminology has "some" merit, but that is partially because there is a LOT of content to work through, so getting 100% collection is Herculean in and of itself, but you could reasonably enjoy the entire

A console version is the epitome of DRM. You buy the game for a console, it works ONLY for that device, and can ONLY be used on exact copies of that same device. Want that device? Gotta buy one! Not just any game playing device will work for that copy, ONLY one type of game playing device. In that regard, PCs are much

Those are valid concerns. The promise of an x86 architecture in the Xbox and PS will certainly make it *easier* to make the FB3 engine work, and that is obviously the draw those platforms are promising, but I am still skeptical about how well they are going to actually be moving their units. Pricing and official

ZombiU, Nintendo Land (despite its appearances, it is actually a pretty fully featured and ridiculously fun game), Deus Ex Director's Cut (may not be exclusive forever, but is for now), Wind Waker HD, Pikmin, Wonderful 101, Mario Kart, Smash Brothers... Shall I go on?

I lol'd

Anyone else find it odd that if ANY editor comments on a post it says the "Author is participating"?

"Those who do have one don't use it because there are no games for it"

1) Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate

I mostly take issue with the fact you are speaking on behalf of a demographic, which is evidence of an over-inflated ego and undeserving amount of esteem for your own opinion. Whether or not you own a Wii U is irrelevant, I just hate seeing stupid comments.

I'd recommend Monster Hunter. I can't get enough of it. Literally hundreds (if not thousands, but I'm sitting just under 200 hours currently) of hours of gameplay. Worth buying the system JUST for that game, although I wouldn't have known before hand, because this was my first Monster Hunter.

Frostbite 3 engine is an EA thing, and an EA thing only. It isn't some magical be-all end-all next gen engine, and the devs of Crysis said they already had the game up and running beautifully on the Wii U, but the install base was an issue so... Devs certainly CAN make the games, so your comment is off-base. The

360 controller battery packs cause anyone with adult hands to curl and cramp their fingers on either side of the block. The wired controller doesn't have that problem, but suffers from the lost convenience of wireless.

Because DLC on an HD home console and PC release can be sold at a reasonable premium and sold via Season Pass (as it is already doing) and the install base of ALL the HD outlets is still FAR larger than the 3DS. Much as I love the 3DS, when you compare the raw numbers of people who own HD consoles/PC versus ONE

Approx 720k units worldwide, a REALLY optimistic DLC attach rate of 10%, and you're looking at 72k units of DLC moved. Lets say it was priced at $10, - usual license fees of about 30%, and we're looking at a grand total of a VERY optimistic projection of $504k... That may cover the salary of maybe 7 people working on

That is because being a Mormon does not mean you are homophobic.

Your bias != real sales potential. Plus, to those wishing for cross play using the Vita, that is a pricey proposition... Why spend money on enhancing an experience that probably a VERY small user base could even enjoy? Building in Vita support would cost more time and money to make sure it was done properly, whereas

Can't forget about Masashi Hamauzu!

Your comment displays no evidence of intelligence, only fanboyism.

Angry birds is already available for the 3DS

Actually, The David represents the culmination of hundreds of years of art dedicated to the "contrapose" position of a standing human. It is one of the oldest (often read: first) examples of what many consider the "perfect" implementation of a human in the contrapose position with appropriate proportions and scale.
