I see. I didn't buy it until a Steam sale several months later either.

Did anyone else have the problem with the DualShock where your fingers rest on the back of the controller where the screw holes are and you get little circular blisters unless you cover the screw holes with tape?

How was it a mess? I didn't have any performance issues with it.

I don't understand why he wrote that either. I played III on the PC and had no problems with it. I had just about everything maxed out and the worst thing I could say about the performance is that it dipped under 60FPS at times.

Now playing

Also remember how before sunshine was used in every trailer, this one was

Orange and Teal? It's like they made these for use in a Hollywood movie

Has anyone found a display with a higher framerate than 60 to be a significant upgrade? My understanding is that 60 fps is not quite the limit of what human's can perceive but it is close and any more will result in diminishing returns.

Yes it looks more like a button. It's raised up from the controller like a normal button.

So now that the standalone game has been released would there be any reason to play the original mod as well?

I've thought about this and I've decided that inverting controls is the result of a mental disorder. On the exterior, inverters present themselves as normal functioning human beings but on the inside they actually hate themselves. They deliberately ask for the opposite of what they want.

We could in theory. There are no rules stating we have to have a two party system, that is just what everyone keeps voting for.

How much spoilers would there be for someone who has watched the first two seasons and is waiting for the third to come out on Blu-ray?

They did announce a PC version! No specific release date was given though, just sometime in the Fall.

Yes, pretty much any PC game with built in support for the Xbox 360 controller has rumble.

So what you're describing sounds like Playstation Home but with Myst in it. Is that about right?

I would say that the rest of Myst III's score beats the opening theme.

I thought Myst V was one of the easier games in the series. Not easy in any absolute sense but relatively easy compared to Riven and Myst IV

I've never understood how online play works for this. I have a copy of URU the complete chronicles. What reason would there be to play the online version instead?

I don't think video games need a Citizen Kane. I think they need a Breathless.

Do you like Shoot 'Em Ups? PDO was basically a 3D Shoot 'Em Up and this looks to be also.
