I live in Norway where EVs in general sell a lot. There are around 6000 Tesla model S here (out of about 50K EVs total in the country) so far.
Guess the few people who bought the 60 kWh model are regretting it now.

The point of the exercise is not "hard core" at all. The point is to train on how to react to breaching the ice. You won't have a warmed up tent in such an event. I've gone through with this as part of my training when I was in the army. It's cold as hell. We didn't get a sissy warming tent either. We had to change out in the open, with -15 c and a slight breeze it was not "cozy". After we had changed we had to run to warm up.
