Do you know how dashcams work? They just turn on/off with the car. So there’s no leaving it on. You could unplug it, but why? If you are going to do something in my car that requires privacy, I don’t think I want you driving my car.

True, I mean the way I look at it, it’s kinda like leaving an audio recording pen in the meeting your boss has with his higher up after you ask for a raise or after review time.
