God sometimes the AI digs its own grave. Randomly passing on turns when its losing. Or laying down more cards after I’ve passed.

Ant-man has been confirmed to be in this movie.

Or you know, the medium could adapt in a way that means these things don’t happen.

I work in Japan as a co-ordinator of international relations in some small town - some times I give presentations about the different interpretations of humour - comparing my home country to Japan. I’d like to say I understand how different cultural expectations and values affect senses of humour in very general terms.

I’m pretty sure Hideo Kojima after spending years creating this game would want people to play it despite being ousted from Konami.

All that needs to be added is a Ridley costume and Sakurai never has to season his food again with the amount of excess salt it’ll generate.

I take it you saw these after they were posted on /r/dbz - you may also be interested in an article I wrote that was posted there. Comparing the differences between Goku’s Japanese and English Super Saiyan Speech:

The Ghibli films that people like and don’t seem so subjective that this list seems utterly pointless.

Also ‘When Marnie was there’ and ‘up on poppy hill’ are a hell of a lot more boring than the Wind Rises.

In terms of story perhaps it wasn’t original - but it offered a hell of a lot more in terms of content than any Rocksteady made DLC. It had a new batsuit, sections where you play as Bruce Wayne, Some new gameplay mechanics, Some pretty interesting boss fights/locations.

Thing is - WB Games is the only one to release any decent story DLC for the Arkham series. Cold, Cold Heart for Origin (easily the worst game in the series) was pretty decent DLC. Harley’s quest for City was not.

Regardless of side-quests it’s pretty hard to deny that a lot of the main story missions felt like filler. I mean you have about 4 or 5 tank-drone battles throughout the campaign and they make up pretty much ALL (with the exception of the predator fight with Arkham Knight) of the game’s campaign boss battles.

It’s weird though because with City it turned out that the ‘challenge map’ stuff was actually a lot more fun than the story DLC (the harley mission) - I could sink hours into doing combat challenges with Robin and Nightwing but with the story just one playthrough and I wouldn’t touch it again.

Rocksteady has an awful track record with DLC.

I enjoyed Arkham Knight (not as much as the rest of the series) and usually when I like a game I’ll shell out for the DLC because ‘hey it’s another reason to keep playing’ - but this is one of the few cases where I KNOW most of the DLC will be short and disappointing.

Actually the joke at the end of the advert refers to the guy as 没頭マン(bottoman) 没頭 (botto) means to immerse yourself in something

Are you guys not going to write a piece on the new Death note Drama and how awful it is?

Also if you turn the camera around when driving the Batmobile it will sometimes be Joker in the front seat.

Also this post should be marked for spoilers in the title because it confirms Joker’s involvement in the game.

Did they conform that walking away mid conversation would have any affect in-game? You can do it in Dragon Age Inquistion too but the NPCs act as if you hadn’t done anything and it just ends the conversation.

You had he option of not putting the spoiler in the title and in the thumbnail picture that pops up on facebook. People in Japan who buy magazines and watch TV actively do so to find out. What you've done is made it so anyone who is subscribed to Kotaku has passively glanced at this info and spoiled the new

so you guys just don't care a single bit about putting spoilers from upcoming movies in your article titles and on facebook?

Now playing

Are you not gonna confirm the bigger news that they just announced Lucas will be coming back?
