Seems par the course in the voice acting world, actually. I hate to break it to you kids, but it's actually quite hard to make a living as a voice actor. (I have a friend who is a voice actor, she cannot quit her day job.)

I have no idea how many hours she worked, but if it was a standard 8 hours (probably less as she is a minor) she was paid $115.75/hr, hardly chicken feed.

I believe she only had two or three lines of dialogue in the whole movie. People can be outraged all they like that she didn't get paid megabucks, but I highly doubt that, say, Elsa's animators got a share of the profits of the film or toy sales either, and they did way more than a day's work on the film.
