I’ll leapfrog here to say that there’s a line between advocacy and something else. Battlefront II devs were talking about receiving death threats today on Twitter. I get that folks are upset... there’s more that you can spoil about a game than just its plot. We all know the plot. I can say that I’m pleasantly surprised at some of the twists and turns the game takes that feel super cool, especially if you’ve played Mario games before. Those things are what we’re talking about here.

I wasted SO much time in the menus of the first game. The second one seemed to replace gems with fashion options as far as what ate up a lot of my time. Based on the video, it doesn’t look like there’s gems or fashion items and the main customization comes from upgrading “blades.” So I think there’s your streamlining…

Botw supports detaching only one joycon? Every other game I’ve experimented that with failed.

Take into account the games that support single joycons though would be perfectly playable. 4 face buttons, one start button, 2 shoulder buttons, and the joystick. Could use the Z button in place of the joystick clicking in and you would have a tiny dpad as extra.
