I've always thought cars should all have a really weak push-to-talk communication system that all worked on the same frequency. You could turn it off of course (because people are awful), but it would give you the ability to talk to other drivers in your immediate vicinity. But it would give the chance to clear

I've thought about this a bunch. I totally agree with you, but it would have to be really good and very smart to not be dangerous in certain situations. At night in the rain in a city it would be going insane and couldn't darken any more than what points directly at a driver's eyes.

What's all that screaming? Oh, Xang is just charging his car again...

3rd Gear: What Is A Road?

Wow yeah. I swear rubbernecking is the state sport of Georgia. People slamming on their brakes from 80 to (and I'm not even joking here) 25 mph when they see a cop on the interstate. I'd say that was a fluke if I didn't see 3 different people do it on different occasions. Madness.

Are you asking me whether or not your trolling was successful? I guess that depends on how one measures success.

That's some low-class trolling you're doing there Jim. Good work.

I'd hope you driven, cuz you certainly haven't English'd.

You get the hell out.

There are an impressive amount of SUVs in the comments...

I love my Subaru. And it's the first (and probably the last) car I've ever bought brand new. But holy shit the dealership was horrible. I had my financing set up and I knew exactly what car I wanted and what options I wanted. It took me 12 damn hours to finally get out the door, and then another 3 days to get the car.

That's not really a conspiracy theory. They do that in the open.

I'm seeing a very clear theme here with "affordable", "cheap", "small", "sub-10k". Seems like the biggest hole in the market is just cheap cars.

I came here to post this and was not disappointed that it's the first on the feed. Where I live the craigslist market for old small trucks is quite strong.

Um, didn't giz already do this in August? I'm pretty sure they did because that's why I ended up buying this: http://smile.amazon.com/dp/B007FHX9OK (it's pretty fantastic, by the way)

I was so stoked about this until I read that it's a concept at an auto show. I'm more impressed by fake cars in video games, honestly. As they have a better chance of getting made.

There is 2 in my neighborhood, and my neighborhood is really small, so I see them all the time.

I would not drive anything, as I would not be allowed to live.

I'm guessing they are just stealing a normal number of cars but because it's Portland they just happen to all be Subaru.

I am surprised how far down I had to scroll to see this one.
