Honestly, I wish car makers were a lot more honest than they are. They could start with the names. I'd love to see a Subaru HT25000M5 (Hatchback turbocharged 2.5L Manual with a 5 speed) or a U36000A (Utility 3.6L Automatic) or as an option you could buy a U36000C with the csv instead.
I don't know if that follows the spirit of the question tho. I can hardly believe they're making it now, much less 25 years ago.
