There are a lot of stories where someone says something awful and then other groups jump on the ‘severing ties’ bandwagon. In this case though, it was objectively the right thing to do - whichever side of the debate you’re on, this woman should not be involved in a video about positive body image

Actually now that i think about it, it doesn’t say if it’s 20 percentage points or 20%. If the efficiency went up from 5% to 25%, that’s a lot different than 5% to 6%.

In this particular case i’m pretty sure we can ignore the ‘5 times higher voltage’ and focus on the 20% efficiency, which is the correct way to measure the change.
