Just finished reading Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers a couple of months ago. I got lucky and found it for sale at a used books store or a thrift shop, don't recall which. It had a far different tone than I expected but it was a great read, nonetheless. Guess I will have to keep my eyes open for Better Than Life.

While I won't say that Stardust bored me (I love this movie), I will agree that I probably enjoy Neverwhere more.

I remember hearing that as well. These days, though, it doesn't seem like there are many roles that De Niro won't play.

UHF is on my shortlist of the best comedies of all time. I remember renting UHF and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy at the local video store way too often. Somebody rented it and held on to it for over a month and I came in every weekend to see if it had been returned. They finally called the person while I was there

This movie is so much better than it probably deserves to be. I never pass up a chance to watch it.

Any viking movie gets my seal of approval.

Honestly, if this hadn't been titled "Final Fantasy," I probably would have enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I went in hoping for something more in the vein of FFIV, VI or VII. Give me my swords and sorcery mixed with technology.

One of only two movies that I would have walked out of (if I had gone alone). I wanted so badly to like it, but I agree with most of the other complaints. Tried to do too much, Ryan Reynolds was a poor choice, bad CGI, earth plot was boring, etc... However, I did really enjoy the scenes on OA. If they rebooted this

Well, eventually his descendants are the brilliant schemers whereas Blackadder's descendant is the witless sidekick. Of course, this was all in a "Christmas Carol" style dream that Blackadder had.

Except for Blackadder Back and Forth where Blackadder created a time machine and visited other significant events in British history.

I feel that "The Rock" is the closest thing we have to this generation's Arnold (I won't go so far as to compare him to the inimitable Dolph Lundren). He has the size, build, charisma and timing of Arnold, but his acting career has been kind of wasted with too much "Tooth Fairy" and Fast and the Furious and not enough

Every role of Dolph Lundgren's is his best role.

Not sure if he really qualifies as an anti-hero, but this guy would be pretty high on my list.

Better than hanging on to an ideology that has shown, year after year, that it is willing to encroach a little more on your liberties for what it feels is the "greater good."

You are right that Dolores Umbridge didn't die a "prolonged, torturous, gruesome death, but it has been implied that she was raped by a gang of centaurs. I'm not sure I would wish that on anyone.
