First of all, it’s a video game the designs should be crazy. Second, the exotic guns are supposed to be like a one-of-a-kind thing, there’s lore behind each gun. Third, it’s a video game and you’re comparing it to the real world...what?

The PvE shotgun buffs was one of the best changes Bungie had made to the game since launch. It turned shotguns from useless beanbag shooters to beast killing machines and I love it!

You have definitely never played Trials if you think it’s just “shooting”. There is A LOT of strategy that comes into play with trials. I really recommend it, it's so much fun.
