Redbox has Uncharted 3, looks like I'm going to be saving myself a hefty amount of cash with renting it rather than buying it.

Team Ico. Semi-sequels, very different (and awesome) games. Other devs need to learn from their example.
"You're just saying how bad the controls are FOR YOU and how predictable the game is FOR YOU"
haha that made me think of Blades of Steel. "Gets the pass...get...gets the...g....gets...gets the pass"
THANK YOU! I completely agree. Especially nowadays when 360 and PS3 graphics are plenty fine. I long for the days of the NES/SNES where gameplay mattered most.
"doesn't MAG offer like 150 player matches (all in the same field) or something like that. Also what about MMO"
I just thought of this...maybe it has to do with the possibility of having 63 other players (including jets, tanks, etc.) on your screen at one time. That would be really taxing on the processor and GPU. Maybe that's the reason.
ahh, I see. A lot of people would struggle with that, me included. Of course an asshole accountant from the IRS is going to think it's easy. They do math all day every day. Although it is pretty easy what I always mess up on when trying to figure out peoples birthday by their age is factoring in what day it is today…
That sucks huge donkey dick.
All-digital doesn't necessarily mean no ownership. Hell, we're halfway there already with all of the downloadable games and content that consoles already have.
I have a question about the PC version of Battlefield 3:
This probably isn't the answer you were looking for as it won't be helpful at all, but I'd say it's most likely partly both of the issues you mentioned (time constraints and complex coding/bugs)
haha well said.
IGN basically based it's whole review on how short it was and gave it a 6.5 or 6 (I forget exactly) because of that exact reason. At least by the sounds of the review that's why they gave it such a low score. So I'd say it's pretty short.
make sure cookies are turned on. Then go to the site and log in, save anything that it asks to save (if it does at all). Exit browser. Go back into browser and type kotaku.com. It should work. I use Chrome and all I have to do is hit 'k' and then enter and it takes me to blog.kotaku.com. Same with lifehacker, I just…
That's crazy, and those are just the games that haven't come out yet. There's a list twice that size of all the great games that came out before today.
Just because there's auto-aim doesn't mean there's no skill involved. On a console everyone is using aim-assist, which makes it a level playing field. Have you ever played a console FPS? It's not like it does the shooting for you. In halo there is a very large learning curve between the new players and the veterans.…
While I'm not going to get into the whole argument about whether keyboard and mouse is more accurate than a controller...but it seems pretty clear to me that a lot of the difference in accuracy would be because Crecente used different classes on the PC than on 360. Therefore using different guns with different…
Thank you, that's what I was saying above. This article is pointless because he used different classes on each platform.
I disagree. I think the iPhone is giving people a better impression on games; making them realize how fun games are and causing them to want more (aka consoles).
