While a beta is definitely a hype engine these days. I wouldn't have called Halo Reach's or Halo 3's beta's just that. They had to have gotten some good data from that and used it. They were actually pretty early before the releases of those games.

Infection and Juggernaut are ripped straight from Halo, interesting. Gun game and one in the chamber aren't new... maybe new for IW but those are in Black Ops.

That's also not close to the same because those movies are available for you to pay for in order to see them. If you're talking about a movie that's however-many years old and it's not available ANYWHERE to buy/rent then that would be comparing the same thing. And in that situation I would say download(pirate) that

They're not in their prime but I wouldn't call Penn State shitty. They've made a bowl game almost every year recently. We need a QB.

Apples and Oranges.

It's not necessarily about nationalism or ethnocentrism (which is what I think you really mean). You buy products from your own country to support your economy which in turn helps you. It has nothing to do with buying American because "America is so great and everywhere else sucks"

WE ARE...

I don't condone pirating, but in situations like that, I would pirate it. If the game is not made readily available to buy then you should have the right to pirate it.

Vick, he throws and runs, a lot. The most you could ask for out of a QB especially in Fantasy Football.

Yea it happens to everybody, more often than not for me. Especially the older you get, the more it happens, but at the same time the older you get the less it bothers you that you don't feel like gaming.

Kristen Stewart is the love of my life, that's all I have to say.

I agree, zombies FTW!

amen to that, so true.

I'm not exactly sure, but a quick google search you should find it pretty easily.

This review means: go play this game. That's what it meant to me and I haven't play MGS(well, I played some MGS, but not much), R6 or System Shock, sooo...

Team Ico and Valve because of the atmosphere of their games, the style of their storytelling and their games are just plain fun, I think mostly because I love when action and puzzles mix together perfectly and Valve and Team Ico know how to do that.

I can't help you, but try over at Gizmodo or Lifehacker. There might be more people that can help you there. There's an open thread that the have on Lifehacker, not sure about Gizmodo, you could always try commenting on a cell phone related post.

but but but, how will I know if I should play the game or not if I don't know absolutely everything about the game? You mean I have to actually build my own conclusions about a game? PREPOSTEROUS, I SAY!!!!

I actually read your post and felt the need to post also to help fortify that idea. I finished reading the article thinking "Wow, what a great review" (typical Kirk Hamilton article...just, plain, well written) Then I went to read the comments and I was slapped in the face with negativity everywhere and I didn't
