haha the same thing has happened to me. I get to Wily's castle and it's all downhill from there.

This was a fantastic review. Great job Kirk, don't listen to all of the haters. The underlying point of a review is to give you an idea of what type of game it is and if it is worth playing or not, and this did that. If you want to read a typical review people go to any of the other generic gaming sites, Kotaku is not…
With the internet, everything is accessible, all the time.
I would think, because Gears 2 has ranks, that you would be matched up with players that are close to your rank, like in Halo 3. Doesn't it do that?
That's awesome, I'm glad someone shares my love for U.N. Squadron. One of the overlooked/underestimated games for the SNES. On top of the awesome gameplay, the music is just fantastic.
There is something I have been thinking a lot about lately and that something is nostalgia. I've been thinking of the years passed, the good ol' days, if you will.
Spiritual successor to Arrested Development? I'm sold.
Great comment, that's awesome that your getting back into the great games that the Wii has to offer. There's nothing like a Nintendo game and I don't think there ever will be (it will be a VERY sad day in gaming history if/when Nintendo shuts down)
I've tried to like the League, I just can't get into it. It's not that funny to me. Archer I can't have an opinion on because I have never really watched it. But Always Sunny is by far my favorite show on TV, you are right though, last season was hit or miss. Check out Louie, pretty funny.
I've done that with XBMC also, it's beautiful! Except the fact that the emulators aren't integrated with XBMC so you have to really mess with the settings to get it to work right. But once you do, it's gaming bliss :)
If you like Louie, you should check out Always Sunny in Philadelphia, even better in my opinion. Bottom line...FX is amazing.
I agree, I don't believe uncharted to be the amazing series that everyone says it is. The combat just isn't fun to me and the fact that there fighting every 3 minutes adds to that suckiness so much more. You're completely right, the constant fighting takes you out of the most interesting parts of the game, the…
Wow, first I would like to say, thank you. Thank you, for your civilized reply. Well said.
Well with this razor they'll be at least just as attractive. I mean that switchblade/multi-touch pad is nice and they would be able to improve on that each year. All i'm saying is that it could be interesting to kind of have a "console" for the PC market...along with being able to still build your own gaming rig.
I can't wait for Halo Anniversary. I'm going to be in nostalgia heaven.
That's the best model though, it's the only way that PC gaming will become as popular as console gaming.
This article isn't about how gaming is moving towards being exclusively mac gaming. It's about how Apple's model of having very low amount of choices in products with very high build quality, is genius.
wow, I've never played Prototype but after that explanation, it sounds AWESOME haha.
YES! haha I can always appreciate an Always Sunny reference, well played sir.
Why is it gratifying? because it actually did take skill. Now hear me out...The Halo:CE pistol, was a very powerful weapon, yes, BUT what made it a skillful weapon was making EVERYONE in the game have it. (Just like the BR in Halo 2/3 and the DMR in Reach BTW!)
