Yes. Once you click the “Upload” button it will tell you that you must first complete the level yourself, start to finish, without dying or going back to “Edit” mode before your level will go live/public.

Bummer to hear but thanks for the heads up. I know this may sound shallow but if the art style changes (presumably for the worse) after issue 4 then I won’t have to worry much about picking up this series. The art style is important as the story in a comic, for me.

This is a bit bigger than business is business, though. They’re not cutting corners while still giving you a legal, all-claims true product. They gave you an illegal product with a false bill of goods (either illegal emissions or reduced performance/mileage).
