My former coworker did that too but EXTREMELY more often at smaller speed intervals. So he’d go 31, drop it to 30, then tap the gas to bump back up to 31, then back down to 30. He’d tap the gas pedal literally just about every second or every other second.

Gawker sites are 1,000,000% guilty of using many of those intrusive/annoying ads. It got so bad that Gawker sites were the tipping point for me to use ABP. This was a few years ago and I don’t see the need to disable, even now.
