You definitely aren’t wrong - there wasn’t much parenting going on at all in Mean Girls, but at least Regina George’s mom showed up, I guess.
She’s just super slender - that could make her face look a little thinner. And trust me, I know what ageing does to skin. :)
You do you, I’ll do me.
I think it’s a combination of ageing (I mean, even for Gwen, it had to start at some point) and over-large veneers. I feel like the ratio of teeth to mouth used to be smaller. But then, I always feel like face change questions are almost impossible to answer if the work has been done well - or if it’s just a question…
Mine were Black Russians and White Russians.
Very close. I’m a bit younger than Sally would be - so my parents were using the cocktails to wash down Quaaludes for that after-work buzz.
My mom was a full-time stay-at-home parent after I was around five. There were never any special lunches packed for me (bologna on white, Twinkies, etc.), she hated cooking, and I had a lot of chores. Any extracurricular activities had to be offered at school or they weren’t considered. The TV was my babysitter.
But…
Seriously. She was awful as First Lady.
The Nancy Reagan book looks like another stop on the scrubbing of national memory about how awful the Reagans were for so many people in the country and around the world. So Nancy danced with a lesbian writer at a large public event? I don’t give a shit. She facilitated and enabled one of the worst US presidents…
The owner of that gown must have been quite wealthy.
Is it just me, or is the best and only interesting part of celebrity feuds the fact that fans actually get huffy about them, like they’ve actually got skin in the game?
We are so grown up!!!
I guess even with all the talk about diversity awareness, it’s still not clear to these folks that the people who need to be educated the most about privilege are THE ONES WHO HAVE THE MOST OF IT.
(Also, I spent a few school years not far from there in an all-white enclave. I am not at all surprised.)
