@cc: That's what kills me! Call me crazy, but I don't want a phone bigger than the Hero, it's big enough. I'm ok with it being slightly thicker, but the idea of walking around with an Evo or Epic bugs the hell out of me.

@daftrok: What are you talking about? I wasn't talking about him having the wrong set of priorities I was talking about what it is like to live in America.

@Anne Boleyn: You think the machines in NY never malfunction?

@berbar: Nice to know that the biggest worry you have is what your kid eats for lunch.

I initially thought this was going to be about going to jail...

@kingcrim84: Just for the record most recordings come in desperate need of a retune. It's amazing how bad the clipping is on some newer stuff.

I'll stick to my computer for now simply because I haven't had a wow moment yet.

@m1ndtr1p: The last ones that I liked where House of a Thousand Corpses and The Strangers. Outside of that they weren't all the memorable.

@squishyalt: One thing that drives me nuts are clients that refuse to upgrading ageing hardware yet don't mind paying for it 2 times over in a month because they are running ageing hardware...

@foolish-rain: That is for sure, luckily for us my wife uses her degrees to teach rather than do research.

@jupiterthunder: iTunes isn't "Windows branded" in that it isn't called "OSX iTunes".

@Philip Kahn: It doesn't upgrade, you have to uninstall Mesh.

@foolish-rain: Sounds easy to me! How does it pay? ;)

@Tyrunn: PC's have been lego based since the 80's so what are you talking about? That doesn't mean everyone can justify wasting their time learning it or even cares for that matter. With your attitude you should know how to fix everything in your house, but I doubt you do so I guess your smart?

@Tyrunn: Do you know how to build a house? How about paint a car? Do body work? Carpentry? Iron work? Plumbing? Car audio? Glass?

@Tony Bologna: I highly doubt the worries stop at well done meat. Again, "well done" is technically over cooked.

@FrankReality: It's been some time since I've seen a real raid controller without a battery. I think part of the issue is that people confuse a controller that costs hundreds to thousands with one that comes on a $75 motherboard ;)

@TheFu: I honestly don't trust software raid period. I have seen it burn far too many people over the years and never under any circumstances would I use it. I either run hardware or not at all.

There seems to be some confusion here. Too many people look at RAID as a way to preserve data, that isn't why it exists. It exists to reduce downtime not prevent it entirely. There is no substitute for a complete backup.

@drno31: Live your life, don’t be afraid of it.
