I trained both my kids since newborns with a set schedule every night and frankly it works now when they are 7 and 10. We had a short issue when my oldest would not sleep in her toddler bed but once we figured it out and got her a big girl bed, she was fine.

Yep, just did it, only one day of crying. Husband did it, really, because to be honest I’d go back to offering the boob.

I was shockingly able to finish 2 for my baby but the joke is on me because they aren’t as useful as some simple flannel blankets I use to swaddle her!

My only tip is...sleep training works for some kids and doesn’t for others. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get them to do it.

Why do you assume this raise will leave you making the same way pay you are now? How capitalism works is that most people in your field won’t work for 5% more than a burger flipper so companies will have to start paying them more or lose their employees to companies that will.
