Why would it be hard to "look past the exploits?" What they're doing is far harder and far more skillful than anything you'd do playing the game normally. Judging them like that for not playing the game "normally" is ridiculous.

Your post is exactly how you can tell when someone has an inferiority complex. "Oh it's not THAT hard."

Yet another year of devastation for me.

Unfinished until the story is complete. I counted Back to the Future as a single game on completion of all episodes.

What they've done here is incredibly easy. The PS4 and Xbone are both far closer to a standard PC in terms of architecture. They did basically zero work.

Nintendo is currently worth more than Sony.

Oh good. I was worried they'd try to cut him out when the reality is that he had some of the best matches.

I will buy this so I can relive all of Chris Jericho's awesome early matches and promos like when he called Prince Iaukea fat and too big for the cruiserweight division and his reading of the 1004 Holds.

The only thing you really need to know is that it won't have all of the games you want either due to licensing problems or "reasons" like how Square put out some of its games for PS1 Classics in EU and JP but not US despite them having been released here in the past.

As a consumer, I have every right to call out a company for re-releasing products with absolutely no reason backing it except to milk it. That is what they're doing. Why would a company not re-release a game they just released within the last year? Because they have some respect for their consumers and would like to

They're going for nothing. The games they're "remastering" came out within the last few years at the most. Way too soon, not enough improvements, not worth existing.

How about we stop getting old ports? It's a new generation. The PS3 didn't get continuous up-ports and reskins and neither did the 360. It's a waste of shelf space, but all they care about is that they maximize the amount of crap on that shelf, whether or not people have already bought it en masse.

I have absolutely zero faith in Sony to put up the games people would actually want for this service. I'd love to be proven wrong but either through licensing or just not caring, we are not going to end up with the greatest that we should have. All of those rare PS1 RPGs that still aren't on PS1 Classics, the massive

"removes the classic division between single-player and multiplayer experiences"

It would cost you more to subscribe to this service where you don't actually own anything and games could be taken off whenever than it would be for you to have bought a PS3 on Black Friday for $200 and whichever games you wanted. And you could have played them with proper controls and have them permanently.

Now demonstrate audiovisual degradation over long distances, general input lag and give me a price and then we'll see about getting hyped up. Also tell me which games I actually get access to. Last of Us, whatever. I want access to all the rare PS1 RPGs, PS2 RPGs and all the odds and ends, not just your AAA

Mostly because there are a lot of games where you don't actually know if you'll be able to get a copy. Look at Xenoblade. There are more than a few odd games with low print runs or that no one carries. That is why you preorder.

I still don't understand why anyone has a hard time with the debris part. You just line up the slash and then press X. You don't have to use the stick to slash. It's the easiest part of the whole fight and you get free healing from it.

Walmart just sells a ton of stuff for like $1 so you buy it because hey, that's cheap and who cares if you need it or not.

I've gone over this in a few comments. People need to learn to buy only what they plan to play. Then they also need to learn to not hide behind the "but the backlog is too big! I don't know where to start!" garbage where they just stall out and don't actually play anything.
