Yeah, I am actually really looking forward to everything coming over the next year. The PS4's going to be great, the Wii U's got Wonderful 101, Wind Waker, Mario 3D World, DKC, Mario Kart, Smash, just lots and lots of great gaming. Takes me back to my PS2/GC days. Sure I didn't buy too many GC games but I loved them

It's very important, man! I need Mario 3D World too! I need all the good stuff!

Don't worry, they're incredibly comfortable and work perfectly. I've already been using it on emulators.

I'm ready. Everything is paid for. Just have to go pick it up Thursday night.

This is an actual physical disc release, more for collectors. The version that's been out is the digital download. The original copies on shelves just had a code for whichever online store you were buying it for.

Also say hello to the first person banned from Xbone XBL.

Only 5-6 hours for the story mode? Aw man, I was really hoping for a meatier Lego game like Lego City Undercover. I don't think any of the Lego games has matched it in terms of humor or content.

The most interesting thing will be if Call of Duty continues its downward trend. It might actually become the new Tony Hawk, where transition to a new hardware generation quickly left the series in the dust in comparison to the new audience that came on board and the other games of the time.

I already have a Dualshock 4 and my copy of Killzone sits on its shelf and I'm STILL having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that I'll have a PS4 sitting under my TV in less than two weeks.

Well if you're going to do that, then no one can ever complain about Capcom releasing more iterations of Street Fighter 4. Or any fighting game. After all, you play hundreds of hours of matches, training mode, whatever.

It at least looked amazing and had a fantastic screen. The Wii Mini is just all cuts and nothing good.

I actually see that as an awful idea. Anything that takes away from Wii U in the console space on their own side is bad. I realize the Wii is still selling but the Wii U needs every advantage it can get and having its own sibling hardware with a new sale right next to it won't be good.

Asura's Wrath wasn't released unfinished. The extra story DLC was meant to be made into an actual full sequel but interest in the game was incredibly low so they switched it over to be DLC and finished out what they had.

Nope nope nope. The second you start cutting games down for the sake of movie pacing, I am out. And I say that as someone who loves cutscenes. But I also love Xenosaga. Because of the extremely lengthy cutscenes.

Meanwhile, Platinum makes Wonderful 101, a 20 hour action game on a normal playthrough with enough content to unlock to last another 40 hours easily. People call it "too long."

Turnabout's fair play I'd say.

Have you looked at February? It's insane. Early next year is when all the real awesome games are showing up now.

I'm pretty sure Yoshida did say at one point that startup of the game was immediate and that you wouldn't have to wait for anything to actually cache/install before starting. Hopefully that's true. Although personally, I'd rather just install the entire game beforehand and just do something else while I wait just to

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Great, all you want is Call of Duty garbage at launch. That's when gaming dies.

But there's no way it could be technically possible. The US doesn't have anything close to the infrastructure needed to support it.
