That book's series is ending prior to a relaunch, it doesn't mean the character is disappearing. They are not the only married superhero couple in Marvel comics either, so they win over DC in both gay marriage AND hetero marriage.

Spider-Man had quite a run of being happily married before One More Day.

"It's not like the franchise owners are raking in the big bucks and just not sharing it.."

"Will. Dull-eyed and mindless, but still Will. He stops running and mirrors me, his feet planted and his gun up. In an instant, I see his finger poised over the trigger and hear the bullet slide into the chamber, and I fire."

If Tris had shot him in the foot he would have still killed her. Will wasn't home, it was the program running in his head. It wasn't "so easily avoided", Tris wasn't a ninja, she ran into him and had a split second to choose her life or his.

Tris was not a born ninja. She ran into Will, he was going to kill her not tickle her. Killing him wasn't avoidable.

Reading that article it seems like the author is saying "real" lesbians have to be ugly or something. Which seems weird.

The only point of not letting a guy have an orgasm from a lapdance is to extend the period of time you can drain money from them while grinding on his penis and trying to get him to buy a set of songs. If he orgasms he is going to stop spending, so yes, I'm sure strippers frown on it.

What did you think, it was some artistic expression of dance skill? It's a transaction between a guy who doesn't want to jack off alone at home and a woman who has limited job options that pay as well. It's not pretty.

1) Way to be totally unaccepting of male sexuality. I'm so terribly sorry that the idea of men reaching orgasm disgusts you.

There's this thing called non-penetrative sex? Because sex is a lot more than penis goes into vagina, pump.

As I get older, sometimes I wonder if matchmakers and the sort were really that bad. Isn't it better to be realistic and 'settle' for compassion, respect, honor than to spend a life alone looking for 'true' love? Is there an all encompassing lifetime love for everyone, or do we all just get multiple loves.

This is called reality. It's what happens without Photoshopping.

Because developers like Odd Gentlemen are cheaper, more likely to actually give you the product that you as a creative person are looking for and finally won't demand ownership of your IP. Oh and they actually release a finished game.

To me, and anyone else who has to eventually explain to the non-tech types why website A works in IE10 but not IE9, but has crappy performance so they need to use Chrome even though they prefer and are used to IE, yada yada.. it's sloppy and it leads to unreasonable expectations from the technology. I'd bet you

HTML5 is the 5th version of the HTML specification. The fact that you have been led to lump several technologies together as 'HTML5' is bad marketing and oversimplification.

"HTML5" is a markup language, not a scripting language.

You're glossing over the social aspects also. People build up communities and friendships in these games that keep them playing just to meet up with each other, and there's typically too much inertia to drag everyone out to a new game so they just stick around. Same for WoW or any MMO game really.

Good to see that NPR is shedding its image as the place on the dial for Ivory Tower Liberal Elites. Nothing like a good article on olive oil to assure the masses you're not a liberal think-tank with a broadcast license.
