There are loads of iPhone all over Europe, especially Western Europe. What does the US media have to do with the iPhone?

No. It's just that the vast majority of the iPhone's that took part in this had German owners. There's roughly the same number per head in the other western European countries.

How come?

Haha indeed. The most 'holy' thing about Creationism is the amount of holes in their argument.

Very true. Many religious people think they and their lives are far more important than they actually are. They are often so arrogant that they think there must be life after death as their life 'must' live on in some way. It's laughable.

I hope the creationists aren't forgetting that the separate evolution of the eye between various species is one of the main points that disproves creationism/ID. (i.e. how mammalian eyes have a flaw which other classes of animal, such as squid, don't, and how this clearly indicates non intelligent design.)

I like the GUI change. It's subtle, but definitely better and makes Chrome look a touch more polished. (In case you can't notice, the tab text now fades, and the + button has a slight drop shadow)

I think it's ugly. The round speech bubble thing is tired as well. HTC's latest version of Sense for Gingerbread has the best looking SMS IMO, and a couple of good looking widgets.

That doesn't mean anything. Omnimo is clearly a WP7 rip off style!

The American people have lived with much poorer social welfare and more fear of war for the last 60 years compared with Europe, but the war/national security issue is the stronger of the two for most people, so the US government can continue to justify it's huge military spending.

Well said. I've said for a while it will just take some more time for the 'old guard' to die out and we should see some progressive changes.

How we turned out is very much random and not really remarkable. Run evolution on earth again and it would be quite different. Evolution follows no plan.

These 'perfect' conditions are likely to be a lot more common than you think. We've only identified about 500 extra terrestrial planets so far and there are already hints that some are in the 'goldilocks' zone of their systems and of suitable size. (ie where water can exist without freezing or becoming steam).

How about because it's a wacko as believing in fairies? We can't prove beyond all doubt that fairies don't exist but we can prove it enough by lack of evidence to be accepted as untrue by anyone who can be considered to have a credible opinion. Same goes with whatever God is the flavour of the millennium. People

I'd hate to think what you think of the Daily Mail if you think The Guardian is like Fox News! To the contrary, The Guardian is generally the exact opposite of the right wing scaremongering conservative 'news' sources such as The Daily Mail and Fox news.

Good points also. I guess it maybe just is what you are used to. It's all often very subjective.

Interesting opinion. I can see and agree with what you are saying.

If you are serious about trying to add some vinyl warmth and grit to a digital recording then I recommend Tone Projects Sonitex: [www.toneprojects.com]

Well said.

You could always just substitute the word 'God/Godly' for 'nature/natural' there.
