Jeanne: It's hard to tell from what I have seen, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's had a bilateral masectomy, the same procedure breast cancer sufferers get. It is a very common proedure for FtM transsexuals, and like breast implants for us M2Fs, is a relatively easy way to make passing a whole lot easier.
