Tzion: Kojima-san doesn't have to make Metal Gear any more.

"Unfriend" and that image? Way to keep it classy.

I think the real problem is that we need digital art tools that scale with the needs of video games, so it doesn't take a hundred people 3 years to make one game.

That words written on women stripping looks to have been taken from manga KissxSis. Glad I know that!

So I had seen the beta site before, didn't like it. Just now, though, I went to browse around. I had to wait through a jerky video ad just to view the Sackboyx360 controller image post. That's ridiculous. I have to wait through a 20 second ad to view a single jpg that I can see on the current site just by

You don't really have to be a gamer to know about Angry Birds. You just need to own a phone or watch TV. The Mario background and theme song, though, those are good indications.

@N-Robes: I mean from a development standpoint. It does feel like a very full game, though, I agree. But Portal 2 has two full campaigns, for single player and co-op, each of which are twice as long as the original game, which is about 3 hours of gameplay (unless you get horrible stuck on one level, like me).

So next are we gonna get a PSN arcade version of TF2 with PC cross-play and shared accounts?

@Grimwood: Portal was not a full game. Portal 2 is.

@The Sentient Meat: Assuming they play the PS3 version on a different PSN account than his (which is tied to his Steam account), that shouldn't be a problem. They haven't said that the PS3 disc can't be played on multiple accounts.

@ViperVin: I always say that anyone who buys a Bethesda RPG on console is paying for half a game.

@ViperVin: This has been Bethesda's development model for years. They make a bare, dry skeleton of a game, release it at full price, and gamers make it enjoyable on their own time and expense.

More like Immature, amirite?

@sweenish: This week's release is PS3 only; that's what they are trying to convey.

@OptimusEvo: Since when are exploitation films considered "classic horror"? I think you're off by a few decades, or you meant to say "slasher flicks."

I thought the PS3 was the system for a third person shooter with puzzle solving segments.

My friend must have been lurking the same thread on /a/, because he uploaded the image to our site at the same time this was posted.

I'm Jewish, so LBP2 is definitely the better of the two for me.

@lonewolf325: They announced the removal of OtherOS from the Slim (and other systems) because GeoHot used it to hack the PS3. He didn't release any homebrew enabling code or anything, but Sony got scared.

PSP sales slipped 70k units over a week? That's a bit weird, given the relative constancy of the other systems' sales.
